Whatever horsemen do with horses, Don Blazer has probably done. He's trained and ridden everything from stakes winning race horses to show champions. He's the author of the syndicated column, A Horse, Of Course, which is must reading for thousands of fans. He's demonstrated training techniques at clinics and seminars from Alaska to Australia, and he's taught horsemanship skills for seven colleges and universities. The author of five horse training and health care books, Don also writes and edits the monthly business newsletter, It's All About Money. The author of Make Money With Horses, Don has made his money with horses for four decades in four ways: as a trainer, author, trader and teacher. So the advice he gives is more than just causal chatter; it is a report on the business of horses by a man who is in the business of horses. Don teaches Training Performance Horses and The Business of Making Money With Horses. Dr. Jim McCall is a nationally recognized expert on horse behavior and management. From 1968 to 1998 he was instrumental in the development of the horse programs at Texas A&M University, the University of Maryland and Louisiana Tech University. The author of three books focusing on behavior modification techniques and stallion management, Dr. Jim McCall and his wife, Lynda, are also the authors of a syndicated column, The Pool of Knowledge, which deals with topics related to horse management and horse care. The McCalls reside in Mount Holly, Arkansas, where they stand stallions and train cutting and reining horses. The have bred horses which have won an Olympic Gold Medal, Thoroughbred stakes races and AQHA, NRHA and NCHA performance awards. Dr. McCall teaches Coat Color Genetics. Sue Davis is a certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist who works on horses by appointment throughout the United States. The author of two booklets on equine massage, including Massage While You Groom, she has taught equine massage for more than five years at Scottsdale Community College. A frequent quest speaker before horse organizations, Sue also demonstrates equine massage techniques at clinics and seminars. She is the owner of Equisport Therapy which offers certification testing to students who complete the online course, Equine Sports Massage Level 1. |
