Taurus is the “bull”; but a gentle “bull.” He won’t be rushed, enjoying his leisurely pace. He is, of course, fond of the status quo and there-in lies the problem. When making a request or teaching a new maneuver, be sure to take a “teaching” not “demanding” position. Clashes are likely if the handler or rider seems to be “forcing the issue”, or acting as a “dictator.” And keep an eye on the Taurus if he is pastured or turned-out with other horses; he will very likely demand his “space” and the confrontations could get serious. Be sure the Taurus horse respects your space when you are leading or working with him while on the ground.
